Storytelling is a hugely important part of creating any successful design. Grove & Co we were very lucky to work with The Horse and Jockey hotel on the refurbishment of their well loved Silks Restaurant. For a hotel so deeply connected to the racing world and Irelands world class bloodstock industry it was a wonderful design springboard to create a warm and welcoming interior for all day dining.
