Shortlisted: Hotels Under 50 Rooms – design et al 

We are absolutely delighted to announce that our work with Horse & Jockey has been nominated in The International Design & Architecture Awards 2024.

When the Horse and Jockey team was looking to update their traditionally styled luxury family-run hotel and fitness center, we were thrilled to work with them.  The Horse & Jockey is situated in Co. Tipperary and is a popular local hotel.

Our work here was also featured in Issue 4 of Hotel & Catering .

When investing in a rental space, it is important that is designed with the end user in mind and to a level that will attract the right profile tenants to your property.  We work on a range of packages for higher end apartments  all tailored to create a highly desirable and durable end product.

Cherrylane for Quintain 

The Grove and Co team has continued working on Quintains development Cherrylane in Loughlinstown Co. Dublin . This is the new residential village that will form part of the exciting larger Cherrywood development. The focus of the project was to instill both functionality and warmth into a these architecturally inspiring new homes. So far we have provided full IA packages for the development alongside  fit outs to show units and marketing suites. We are currently working on some new exciting concepts  for later this year so watch this space….
