Recent Project – Lansdowne Place Apartment

The Grove & Co team recently undertook this luxury rental project in Lansdowne Place
Dublin 4. When investing in a rental space it is important that is designed with the end
user in mind and to a level that will attract the right profile tenants to your property.
Lansdowne place is Dublin’s most prestigious new address. Built to exacting standards
with 24 hr concierge and world-class residential amenities.

The team created a space that used a blend of natural earthy tones to reflect its leafy
suburban location. With panoramic view of the Aviva and Dublin docklands the team
ensured the space took full advantage of this. They really wanted to create a calm space
away from the occasional chaos that city life can somewhat entail. Our photos were taken by Anthony Woods.

Entrance Hallway:

The entrance is one of the most important areas in the apartments., Its set the tone and expectation for the rest of the property. The hallway was free flowing leading to all rooms within the apartment.  Textured wallpaper, the use of brushed brass in the furniture and the use of mirrors elevates the space.  A console table is always a must as its is great space to display candles, flowers and of the course the all important key bowl.

Living

The living was open plan allowing us to zone the space. Within it we had a clear space for a working from home. We also mirrored a column within the space that offers the illusion of it being hidden.  Custom joinery was added to house a TV and also additional seating if needed.

Dining Area:

The dining area really had the wow factor as it commanded incredible views of the Aviva and Dublin docklands. We imagined the space when entertaining at night against the stunning back drop of Dublin at night, A large dining table was essential in this area. We also dressed the windows in luxurious sheers that with bath the space with natural reflective light during and day and also offer privacy at night.

Master Bedroom:

In the master bedroom the team wanted to evoke feelings of relaxation and quietness. We achieve this by choosing a calm palette of Blue & Grey. Warmth was added to room through the luxurious carpeting and layered throws and cushions on the bed. Custom beside tables with fluted details adds an element of contemporary style.
